But as I always said before we explore Sikkim we should know a bit about this beautiful state, so are you guys ready for summer fun, okay then let’s go…
Okay everyone as we know Sikkim is one of the most least populous and second smallest states in the states of India. If you guys love a Tibetan and a kind of Buddhism influence state, then this place is the best suited for you. You know in the summer season the temperature in this state is quite favorable as compared to another state. It is also considered as a beautiful land of the manifold with tribes and different races of people who were living together as a family.
So it’s time to fill our empty stomach with the delicious food of Sikkim… I know you want to their cuisines and all so here it is and try yourself not to mouth-watering- Phagshapa, Chaang, Kinema Curry, Kodo Ko Roti, Chhurpi, Sael Roti, Gundruk and Sinki… I hope you will enjoy these foods.

Okay, everyone, we are starting our trip by visiting one of the capitals and the largest town and city of the Indian state of Sikkim i.e. GANGTOK. This city is popular for its Buddhist pilgrimage site.

2. NATHULA PASS
So after visiting a beautiful town, it’s time to visit a mountain pass to enjoy the perfect views of mountains, so here it is a name called Nathula Pass. This pass connects the Indian state of Sikkim with China’s Tibet region. We should know the meaning of these words i.e. “ NATHULA PASS ”, so the word “Nathua” means “listening ears” and “La” means “pass”.
It is one of the most beautiful passes in Sikkim, you will be amazed by its beautiful sceneries like mountains which are covered with a bit of rock and small plants and if you are visiting this place in the winter season then you are going to witness snow which shines like a crystal.

3. TSOMGO LAKE

Trust me guys when you visit this place is you will find yourself surrounded by beautiful glaciers, that is why it is also called glacier lake. There is one more thing that you should know that the Tosomgo is also spelled as Tsongmo Lake.

So after visiting a glacier lake, why don’t we visit a beautiful town in Sikkim? What do you say? I know you can’t deny it, so the place where we are going to explore is Yuksom town. This town is located 33 km away from Pelling.
It is one of the most beautiful historical towns in Sikkim. When you visit this place you will witness long trees with beautiful mountains in the background, not only this you can witness various lakes and I think it will be the best spot for camping and born fire.

So as I guessed you guys loved the previous town, by seeing your interest, I’m presenting you another beautiful town in Sikkim called Lachung Town. This town is located near the border of Tibet in the North Sikkim. And of course, it is also a hill station.
You know when you visit this town you are going to witness one of the most famous beautiful sceneries of this town like clean blue water with the high mountain in the front, not only this the lake is surrounded by mountains having small plants on it.

6. YUMTHANG VALLEY
Okay, everybody, I have a question for you do you ever visited a flower sanctuary? I’m guessing that you are not, so don’t worry my friends I’m here for you. okay so presenting you with one of the most beautiful flower sanctuaries called Yumthang Valley. This valley is located in the North Sikkim District of Gangtok, Sikkim. This valley is also called the “Valley of Flowers”.
You know the best part of this valley is that you can witness rivers, yak, grazing pasture on rolling meadows which is surrounded by the Himalayan mountains. Not only this you can also enjoy the hot springs which are surrounded by the different natural environment.
I would recommend you to visit this valley to enjoy this beautiful valley of flowers.
The next place that we are going to explore in Sikkim is a hill town called Pelling. This is a small hill town which is located at a distance of 10 km from the Geyzing.
The places that you can visit nearby areas in Pelling were local monasteries, rock gardens, the holy rock of Rani Dhunga, Kanchenjungha Falls, the archaic quaint Singshore Bridge, and the Khecheopalri Lake.
8. GURUDONGMAR LAKE
After exploring a hill town it’s time to visit a lake so that we can capture beautiful memories with our loved ones, so the lake is named Gurudongmar Lake. This lake is located in North Sikkim, India, if you are taking a bus then the distance will be Approx. 115 km away.
You know guys it is one of the most beautiful lakes in Sikkim, the reason behind for saying this thing, when you visit this lake you will witness lake is surrounded with mountains and in that lake, you can see the reflection of the blue sky with mountains top touching on it.
This reflection shows the cleanness of the lake. I hope you will also witness this lake.
So after catching a beautiful reflection, it’s time to spend some time for wildlife… yes you guessed right we are going to explore a famous national park called Singalila. This national park is located on Singalila Ridge in the Darjeeling district of West Bengal.
It is one of the most famous national parks in Sikkim, this park also reserves forests for maintaining biodiversity in the environment. When you visit this park you can witness various wildlife animals and birds. Not only this you can enjoy trekking and camping.

Guys, why don’t we visit a village for a change? I know you can’t deny it. So presenting you with one of the most beautiful small villages called Zuluk. This village is located on the lower Himalayas in the East Sikkim.
This village is famous for having various sightseeing points like- Thambi View Point, Lungthung, Tukla, Nathang Valley, Kupup, Old Baba Mandir, And Wildlife At Zuluk. So I think now you may have an idea about this village.
So once again I’m presenting you with another small town that you can explore in Sikkim called Ravangla. It is also spelled as Rawangla. This town is located between Gangtok and Pelling.
The places that you can explore in Ravangla were- Buddha Park, Bon Monastery, Ralang Monastery, Ralong Hot Springs, Temi Tea Estate, Maenam Hill, and Borong. Interesting… right? Of course, it is so awesome…
12. TEESTA RIVER
What is this trip without Sikkim River…right? Exactly guys it will be a loss if we don’t witness this river. So the name of this river is the Teesta River. This river originates from the pahunri and connects Kalimpong district, Darjeeling District, and Jalpaiguri District.
The best part of this river is that you can experience various scenic views in the surroundings of this river, you witness that this river flows in a narrow space having big mountains on both sides, with an open blue sky… just imagine how fantastic it will be.
